Device activation is for  Livebox  TV mobile app. The user registers to your service by installing the mobile app when the authentication is enabled. So with the registered information, you can activate your user’s device to get access to your service. Note:  The admin can also manually create a user by using the user creating specifications within the Livebox TV. To activate your user’s device, Go to  Devices  from the navigation menu. In  Device , enter your username, device type and give the appropriate device ID. Set a package for your user and then give  Add . Now go to  Manage Device  click the  Activate  button to initiate your user’s device activation. A dialog box asks,  Are you sure to Activate? , you can give  Yes . How to Conduct the Speed Test in  LiveBox ? To check the  performance speed  of your live streaming server you can follow the simple steps given below: Go to the navigation menu and select  System . A Speed Test page opens, where you can see the speed meter scales on both the sides Click  Go  on the screen to start the speed test. The speed test starts and you will get your server’s  download  and  upload speed  results. ( LiveBox  does not only check the server’s speed but also its own internet and receiver’s speed). Let us now take a look at the  service monitor , Go to  Service Monitor  under  Systems  from the navigation menu. On this screen you will be able to see all the service names, statuses and their actions where you can  Stop ,  Start  or  Restart  any service you want.. Creating a Channel in the Livebox TV to Distribute the Contents Before you create a channel on your  Livebox  TV, you have to create the categories to keep your channels organized. To create your categories, Login to your Livebox Tv. Go to  Categories  from the navigation menu. A page with the category specifications opens, under which go to  Add Category  to create your category. In  Add Category , give your category name and set a thumbnail. Then give  Submit . And your category is added. Note:  In the  Parent Category  option you can set your category as the  Root menu  or  Sub-category  within your main category. Now to create your channel, Go to  Channels  from the navigation menu. In  Channel , go to  Add Channel  and give your channel name. The sub-user can have access from admin to re-stream the already streaming live video from Livebox to their desired destinations. So, to start your re-streaming on Facebook, you have to log in to your client portal in the first place. Enter your username and password and then give  Login . Your  Client Portal  opens, where click  Add Destination  to select social media platform to re-stream. A dialog box with many destinations opens, under which select  Facebook .
