How to do Broadcasting from Streamer DJ Account?

Connect the   Live  Radio app to the  BUTT streaming software  for real-time radio broadcasting. (BUTT is a multi-operating system client broadcaster. The software is compatible with Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.)To go on the Air with the  Live Radio app , Install the  Live Radio  app from the  Livebox App Store . Create your Radio Station. Create a  Streamer/DJ  account on the Live Radio app. (If required you can also add a music playlist to your station.) Make sure that you have enabled your SHOUTcast Port on the  Live Radio app ‘s ‘Settings’. Select the ‘Station’ to which you are broadcasting and set the SHOUTcast port. Then enable your port and ‘Save’ the settings.   Note:   You can get the port number under ‘Connection Information’ (SHOUTcast Clients details) in Streamer/DJ Accounts menu. As SHOUTcast has two port numbers, enable both the ports for the same station on the Live Radio app settings. Install BUTT streaming software on your PC. Open the BUTT  streaming  software. Click

How to Live Stream a 360-degree Source using Livebox?

The Livebox  streaming  server supports the live streaming of the  360-degree camera  and its source. So, to live stream a 360-degree source in Livebox you can’t do in the regular streaming way, as you have to enable a few settings in the player settings. To Live stream a 360-degree source, Login Livebox. From the Livebox dashboard, go to  Channel Settings . In Channel Settings, go to the  Player Settings .   In Player Settings, turn On the  Video360  setting. Then click the “Save” button beneath the player on the right side. Now make sure that you have connected your 360-degree camera to the encoder. Then stream the video source captured to the channel you have enabled the Video360 setting using the RTMP URL of the same channel. To preview your source go the Dashboard and click on the player and navigate to the other sides captured by your 360-degree camera. Happy 360-degree Live  Streaming!

How to Create the Client Portal Access Role on the Livebox Streaming Server?

The Client Portal Access option can be used to permit the users permission to use  Restream the Livebox server contents  and to access the  Livebox Video Conferencing app  through the Client Portal login. So, to create the Client Portal role and user for both restreaming & video Conferencing app, follow the below steps. Go to  Users& Roles  from the navigation menu.  Go to ‘Add Role’ in  User& Roles . Then click the ‘Create Role Now’ button. A dialog box Add Role opens, where you can enter a role name. Select  Restream  or  Video Conferencing  option under ClientPortal. If you select Video Conferencing role, a few more options appear where you can select any of them based on your preference. Note: Dedicated Conference – If you select this option, then the user can create video conferencing rooms within the limits you allocate. Shared – This option gives permission to make use of the video conferencing rooms created by the master admin. The user cannot create their own video

How to Edit Video Sources Using CG Editor in the Livebox Playout Software?

After adding your file in  schedule playlist  enable CG editor which is located to the right of schedule playlist. A new CG editor window opens where you can see several editing options for your source. By using these settings, you can add text, images, clips, varieties of tickers, date, time and so on. To add any text or marker, click the “Text” option. Then click inside the preview box to place your text. You can even drag to position it. Click the option text-000 under “Items” from the right corner. Now inside the text box type your text.  To add a crawling ticker, click the  Crawling Ticker  option. Then click inside the preview box to place your ticker. You can even drag to position it. Click the option ticker-000 under “Items” from the right corner. Now inside the content box type the required content. Note:   You can use crawling ticker for any important announcements in the midst of your live streaming.
