The  Livebox Instacast  is a  portable hardware encoder device  that can live stream even with the low-internet connectivity. The following steps will provide you clear-cut representations to conduct a video conference within the Livebox live streaming server. Login to your Livebox Server. Go to  Apps  from the Navigation menu. Install the  Video Conferencing  app. Open the app and go by clicking the ‘Create’ button to create your first video conferencing entry. Enter a name for your conference. There is a ‘Waiting Room link’ option, which is optional, where you can enter YouTube URL or embed code to keep the video conferencing members engaged before the admin (Moderator) starts the conference. A full-blown platform to automate live playlist on any streaming destination real-quick.  Install  Cloud Playout App  from the  Livebox App Store . You can add video sources using the given three options.  YouTube – Add YouTube video links, YouTube Playlist links, and YouTube Channel links. So, to create your domain website or a new website, Go to  Websites  from the navigation menu and click the “Create a site” option. In “Create a site” click this button. A dialog box “Create a new site” opens, enter your site name and select your site type. Then click “Create”. Once you click create, you will be notified to wait for a few seconds. Transcoding Using the Inbuilt Playout and Encoder Software

Adaptive bitrate   streaming   (Transcoding) is available only in the higher-end versions of Livebox. Keep your streaming channels ready i.e., output channel and input channel. Now under  Manage Channels , go to  Transcoding .  A  Transcoding  page opens up and you can select your “Input” channel by clicking the drop-down menu given in the “Select Channel” option. In  Output Channels , select the channel where the video has to be transcoded. Then give turn on near transcoding. Once you give the turn on, new options for transcoding shows up, where you can set the “Preset”. And then click “Save”. Note:    Livebox  will generate both Transcode Output URL and Transcode Embed Code. After clicking save, give “Service Restart” to get your changes applied. Then go to  Livebox Playout  software and click “Add File” to browse video source from your PC and to add video source in your  Schedule Playlist . Your video source is added.
